We are a forward thinking and successful independent estate agency with two offices in Acton and Hammersmith. Aston Rowe has quickly established itself with a leading market share and a great reputation. We are looking for a new Senior Property Manager to head our administration department of 4 staff members and our property portfolio.
This varied and exciting role encompasses all aspects of managing the portfolio to include maintenance, inspections, deposit releases and disputes. You will play a big part in developing and implementing new processes as the department and new branches are opened. As head of Property Management you will help coach and develop your busy team the highest standards in Property Management. It will be helpful if you have had some sales experience as a part of your job will be to sell the benefits of Aston Rowe’s management service to our let only clients to grow the managed portfolio.
You must be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry. You will need to be a team player and hit the ground running, able to work with minimal supervision. It will be a benefit if you have NFOPP, ARLA or similar qualifications – however, NFOPP-ARLA training is provided. Experience using the CFP Winman is preferred but not essential.
Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6pm.
