Estate Agent Opportunity
Permanent position.
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and eager team players who can demonstrate their willingness to learn and develop themselves in the Estate Agency industry.

Experience would be minimum 1 year essential, full training will be given; you will be under supervision and report to operations manager, will be responsible to maintain and grow your assigned portfolio which will also reflect on your salary growth as the portfolio grows. You will be required to assist business need as and when required.

£15000- £18000 basic salary, UNCAPPED personal commission, company car, company mobile.
28 days annual leave inclusive bank holidays.

On Target Earnings £35,000 – £45,000 with additional company bonus schemes.

As an experienced lettings negotiator you must be well presented and articulate, with a drive to succeed as a lettings negotiator. You need experience as a lettings negotiator for this position, you will be given support but will be expected to be proactive and be able to work autonomously
